Can two players play Connect 4 on the same device?
Yes. Pass and play on Find Four lets two people share one phone, tablet or computer, taking turns on the same screen. It works offline after the first visit.
How do I play Connect 4 with a friend online?
Open Play a friend, choose a time control, and share the room link by message. The game starts the moment your friend opens the link. No account is needed on either side.
Do we both need an account?
No. Both players can play as guests. Saving a profile is optional and only matters if you want your rating and stats to follow you between devices.
Can we play a Connect 4 game over several days?
Yes. Choose Unlimited when creating a friend room. There is no clock, the game is saved after every move, the same link brings you both back, and you can turn on a notification for when it is your move.
Who goes first when playing with a friend?
The first player is chosen at random when the game starts. In pass and play, the loser of the previous game starts the next one.
