Solution: drop in column 2

Counting columns from the left and rows from the bottom, red plays column 2. That creates a winning square in column 3 on row 2, with a second one directly above it on row 3.

• If blue blocks the lower square, their disc lifts red's next drop straight into the upper one. Four in a row.
• If blue plays anywhere else, red simply drops in column 3 and wins at once.
